Week 2

Audrey girl is 2 weeks old yesterday and the time is going way too fast. Saturday was bittersweet for us as my Mom went back to Seattle. It was hard for me but at the same time it was nice to have it be just us last night.

Barney is still adjusting to his new little sister. He sleeps in our room and I think he's getting a lot less sleep too since he is very sleepy during the day.

Yesterday we had a brief photo session with Stacey. She brought over a black blanket and Audrey posed like a champ. She is such a sweet girl and we really like the pictures we got of her. Here are a couple:

Audrey is going to be a Buckeye fan, like it or not!

  

We have a feeling that Barney is going to be replacing this dog in a little while.  He already loves her.

Today she had her 2 week well baby check up. She does in fact have a blocked tear duct which is causing major eye goobers in her right eye so we got some drops for that and hope it clears up soon. Here are her stats:

Weight: 10 lb 6.5 oz (97.08%)
Height: 21.26" (83.47%)
Head: 84.19% of growl percentile based on head circumference for age.

I tried to find her stats from her 3 day old appointment and I'm not sure where they are.

Today we welcomed my sister Amanda and then she leaves Thursday morning and Krista arrives Thursday afternoon.  Dad and Betty arrive Friday afternoon and we can't wait to see everyone and have them meet Audrey.
