Escrow..."I couldn't even find it on the map"

Aurora, CO - Garrett's hometown, my new town

The sellers accepted our counter to their counter! We will be signing the official offer and put in our escrow money tomorrow May 22 and will be closing on June 25 provided nothing happens during inspection, appraisal and with the financing. We will start painting and putting in new carpet before we move and hope to be in completely in early July.

So, we'll be keeping our fingers crossed until June 25!
